Sathri is a lot different from other similar organizations in terms of selection of employees, training provided and care for the clients’ service needs.

RECRUITMENT OF WORK FORCE

We take immense care in the selection of the employees. Mostly employees will be hired from within or around the cities where services are to be provided and are deployed after they have cleared our selection procedure.

DEPLOYMENTS OF WORK FORCE

Employees provided by Sathri would wear company prescribed uniform and possess proper ID cards. In order to provide back up support and contingency plans, adequate pool of reserves and relievers is kept for immediate deployment in case of absenteeism. A dedicated Field Officer will ensure better communication, control and consistency in operational delivery.

DOCUMENTATION AND UNIFORM

The background of people selected for the assignment is verified properly after which uniforms will be issued. All documents required as per Sathri policy will be submitted by them and each of them is assigned a clock number.
